Our first official Club training Kicks off next Monday 16th Jan. 🗓

⏰ 7-8pm.
This will be a full club training session between all Codes; Mens Football , Ladies Football and Camogie .
It will be a fun and alternative training session and a great way to meet all the New Faces ☺️
Another Egg and Spoon Race may be on the itinerary 🤠 🍳 🥄
And of Course – post training Hydration is key 🍻
